February 16th! Today is my mom’s birthday. Her name is Hyacinth like the flower that we see in the stores at this time of the year. Mom never knew anyone else by that name and I only ran across one other Hyacinth. Such an unusual name for an unusual person. She was on the tiny side and liked little things. If she were alive she would be 106 years old today! (That could give you a clue to how old I am.) This weeks page is dedicated to her: Hyacinth Bouquet. It has regular hyacinths, tiny grape hyacinths, a couple of tulips and a few daisies. I hope you enjoy coloring it.

Below is beautiful relaxing music I found on youtube to color by. It’s a piano arrangement of the music from Disney’s Spectro Magic, “On This Magic Night”, by Tom Ameen.
I filmed an easy drawing exercise that I love to do when I need to get my mind off worries. There is no right or wrong way to do it, just start with a wiggly line down the middle of the paper. Then start adding lines that connect to the middle line, and lastly connect them from corner to corner. Your finished picture will look a little like long wavey hair. Take a look!
If you enjoyed this, why not pass it along to your friends! Thanks!
Until the next newsletter, have a great week. And, Color!
